Originele Ferrari 365 GT4 BB pininfarina brochure - 1973
The first of the "Berlinetta Boxer" series was the Ferrari 365 GT4 BB shown at the 1971 Turin Motor Show. Designed to compete with the Lamborghini Miura and the newly developed Lamborghini Countach, it was finally offered for sale at the 1973 Paris Motor Show and replaced the front-engined Daytona and was the first in a line of road-going Ferraris to be equipped with a mid-mounted flat-twelve engine. A total of 387 vehicles were built, 88 of which were right-hand drive (58 for the UK market), making it the rarest of all Berlinetta Boxers.
The entire Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer series was produced in Italy between 1973 and 1984. The BB was designed by Leonardo Fioravanti at Pininfarina. The 365 GT4 BB was succeeded in 1976 by the BB 512.
This truly fantastic brochure comes from the early days of the 365 GT4 BB and is one of the first brochures issued in 1973. It has print number 83/73 and consists of 22 pages, including cover. The brochure is multilingual (Italian, French and English) printed.
This brochure has always been carefully preserved. The cover still has a nice shine and the pages on the inside still have the correct colour. The brochure has light traces of use according to age, but that is also allowed for almost 50 years old. It guarantees that it is an authentic brochure.
The only downside is that the year 1974 is written in pen all the way in the top right corner of the cover. At first this is not really noticeable. As a result, the brochure is not 100% perfect, but it is possible to add this unique brochure to your collection for a very interesting price. Not offered anywhere else for this price!
